Phil joined Bayer in 2018 upon the acquisition of Monsanto where lead Biotech New Investments and fostered external R&D engagements. Today as Open Innovation Lead, Phil plays a central role cultivating relationships with researchers around the world and providing a home at Bayer for them to accelerate their ideas.

Al Kriz, PhD
Innovation Scout, Bayer Crop Science
Al has spent his entire career developing and delivering innovative agricultural technologies. He joined Bayer eight years ago as Global Stewardship Manager, later becoming Strategic Alliance Manager in Crop Science. He currently serves as the Innovation Scout at Bayer's LifeHub in Boston.
